The Odyssea brand lights are still having MAJOR issues with the ballasts. I replaced 7 in one years time, between 4 different fixtures. I junked them all out, and went with Catalina Aquarium lights....

Not familiar with the fert your using. If its a complete fert with all necessary micros it should be good. Try dosing extra PO4 and K2So4. I find the little extra nutrients give the plants a boost.

1 6500-6700K, and one 10,000K would make your plants grow well, and give you decent color in your tank. The colormax bulb IMO does nothing for plants.

You might want to consider a 4 bulb T-5 HO fixture. You'll get good growth, and color from it. I use CatalinaAquarium quad HO with 3 6500K, and 1 10,000K. Excellent growth, and color from the plants....
