Aquarium Substrate Heating cables ?

I have a 10g but only the back 6in. will have heating cables. My ? is want wattage and size wounld be best to put the substrate at about 80F. Also any brand that have work good for you.

You also want to make sure it is the right kind some LPS call them dwarf puffers and they get up to 6". Real freshwater dwarf puffers only get to 2".

With my 36g I add leaf zone about 3 times a week...
