agreed with centromochlus. Buces growth rates varies. in my case i have medium lighting and no co2. how ever my buces always produces a new leaf evry two weeks.

yes they will cross breed as long as they are the same species. neocaradinia will breed with neocaradinia and so forth with the caradinia species. But neocaradinia will not cross breed with caradinias

I agree with Axelrodi202, shrimps love to graze on all types of moss. i have also notice that my shrimps love to hang out on my red root floaters.

It doesn't need a lot of water just enough to keep it moist.
I keep moss in a ziplock bag with almost absolute no light and it still grows.
