My tap water is relatively close in TDS, but the PH is much higher straight out of the tap. Letting it sit would probably reduce it some, and I'm sure FSS and wood bring it down to where it normally...

Thanks! They're aqmagic lily pipes from evilbay. The outflow seems to grow a bit of algae on it, but the inflow never has. In fact, my acrylic tubes are what gets dirty the fastest!
