Warerlife, you should go for it! They are fantastic little fish. Super interesting and fun to keep IMO.

They're in their own tanks with no other fish. I'm actually testing the water. I noticed that the rot slowed down/stopped since water changes started, but there has been no improvement at all....

Yeah I know, but I figure it's similar to some projects people do for reptile tanks. I just wanted to see if I could get any pointers. I'm pretty confident that I can get it done either way.
