If I would have had to guess how large habrosus eggs are I would have said closer to 1 mm. But the way yours are scattered is right on.

It is safe for fresh water fish. I used it when I had mystery snails. You can also add oyster shell tablets and egg shells, both of which dissolve much faster than cuddle bone.
