Water pumps

Alright, I am going to purchase a water pump for water changes. It will only be used for REMOVAL of water. I do have a 50' clear hose. The water 's commute will be pretty even, no hill to speak of....

The only way to clean fish waste is through regular vacuum of the substrate when you do water changes.

The 3/4" outlet will not fit a 3/4" hose, unless I have an adapter? Correct?

I usually turn up my heater to 87 or 88 to get rid of ick. Since boiling point is over 200 degrees, I'm sure you killed those suckers.
