The problem with lily pipes are that most people have Eheim filters and Eheim tubing isn't really good with lily pipes. Its very rigid and inflexible.

They would be by myself, but I would give credit to all photos and videos I use and include links. Not sure about copyright, but hopefully if I'm giving the credit I wouldn't get in trouble.

If you're only buying one, buy curved. They're more versatile, especially when planting and trimming carpet plants. But both are pretty good to have.

60P. The 60H is much more expensive, harder to move, and requires more filtration. Since you only want shrimp, I would go with what's cheaper and easier to get a hold of.

I think that sometimes pockets of air can stick to the aquasoil. You're in a more difficult position because you also have sand and your soil is very high.

I mean in terms of a Nature Aquarium style. I have seen very few scapes that have used wood really well. Most of the wood I see here is either very twiggy or very blocky.

You want 10mm and 13mm lily pipes. Get a jet-style outflow, it's the best way to reach all the way across the tank without hitting the bottom.
