I saw some of my plants pearling, lights are 3x 27w 65k cfl on my 29g.I was planning on gettin t5's anybody know if pearling means theyre gettin enough lights or should i just get new lights? TIA

need help with CFL lights

i have like 3 CFL 36watts 65k and t8 single tube. Is it enough for my 29g tank? i planted hc and it didnt go well, for the dwarf hairgrass its growing very slow.
Lights are on for about 8hrs a day...
