I used to run 4 Tunze 6055's in my 75g reef tank. If I had the money I would pick up a group of them again. Awesome pumps and controllable with the 6055 model.

I believe bettatail is referring to just the 10-32 coupling when talking about brass. That small of a piece could easily be broken in this setup and would be stronger in steel.

Without adding some sort of buffer your pH will continue to crash....
