Thanks for the advice guys. I put the lights on the legs, and I am running only one of the lights for now. The algea seems to have stopped growing, but there is still some on the dwarf hairgrass.

Ok, its green. Just run that UV. I do wonder what would cause that in an established though. Ive only ever seen it in cycling tanks, and I think amonia is what usually sets it off.

Oops. Just read that it was green before the change. It doesnt look that green in the pics. It could be a bacterial bloom if its just cloudy (white-ish)

Yeah, I was surprised by that cost as well. I tried to grow HC like that too, but I didn't have the patients. After like 6 weeks, it had hardly spread any where. It does need a lot of humidity though.
