I was told they are a type of rasbora, when searching around the net I couldn't find any that match it. Also apparently the blue vertical bars turn red when the fish is older according to the seller....

Cardinal I thought that plant 1,2,4 were what you ID'd, I suspected plant no.3 was a Bacopa of some kind. I'm still not 100% on the Mayaca fluviatilis as I've never seen it in person...
