yeah, I agree that only the very smallest of rasbora species would be happy in a 3.3 gal. I would suggest some small shrimp too.

ramshorn snails can be a menace as they are prone to dying off for no good reason. I would suggest an assassin snail. Certainly not any chemical treatments with shrimp also present in your tank.
