Go with the dwarf sag. For your setup it'll be the easiest. Your tank being low tech kind of limits your options, but go with the dwarf sag.

In no way do I have the solution, but in my experience, the black stuff and algae on the anubias is from them being in direct light. I think anubias like to be shaded.

Idk about the other stuff....

BBA has turned red. Now what?

I have that same light fixture. It works great! Be sure to get the freshwater 6500k one and NOT the marine 10000k & antic blue.
