The funnier thing is, he uses reflective insulation which is better for outdoor use because of the sun or radiant heat sources.
But hey, that makes aquarium much brighter, saving on the light bulbs?...

Re-wrap the new shoots to the wood with fishing line. It can be spread itself but it likes to grow upwards first. It'll secure itselft to the driftwood in no-time, you can take our the fishing line...

Mold on Wood
I was soaking my wood but I noticed that it has some mold on it.
Can I lose that with washing? Will this wood will be safe in aquarium? I had 2 other wood types and they didn't get any mold like...
