They'll be fine for two days without any food. And leave the lights off while you are gone. Fish don't need light at all ... there is only lights on these tanks for our benefit, not the fishes

I made an order, have about 7 extra potted plants left over that I didn't end up using. (3 glosso, 2 clover, 2 dwarf hairgrass) They are in the bottom of a 10 gallon with only 15 watts of light...

if it was power, shouldn't your heater started again, and your C02 as well ... the only thing that should have stayed stopped is your filter if it wasn't a self-priming model?

I think I would be worried about that heavy slate leaning up against the glass. It looks good ... but I think I would lose sleep at night waiting for a seal to break on that tank

yeah most mbuna love the rock caves ... but they love veggies too. That planted tank would be a giant salad bar. Although they wouldn't eat a whole lot, you'll notice the damage to your leaves...

Is that the 7 MP one? or is it the new model of the 450. I got mine last year so its possible the model has a new model released. I personally don't blow pictures up larger than standard 4x6 ......
