Try some red plants to break things up from a colour perspective, and maybe fll in the left side a little...

Thanks BW - I've now narrowed it down to Kuhli Loaches, Paradise Fish or (now) Platys. I have to figure out which will leave my Cherry Shrimp alone - especially since the Cherries breed.

I had no luck with my Acorus under ideal conditions :-( It just melted away. Keep an eye on it if you can.
