You might be able to run the tank for a while on just fumes but put some liquid in the darn thing. Eventually, it will dump, fart, or whatever.

That is one nutty diy co2 setup essa. Pretty much have a small brewery going on there... if only home distillation was legal you could offset your fish expenses with PT brand rum!

I agree with bigboi on this one. I too have learned my lesson with hairgrass, it's hardiness has a tendency to choke out smaller ground covers such as glosso and hc. Sometimes it can look pretty cool...

Someone mentioned otos... I think just about every tank should have a couple at least. They do pick at dw fungus. The best fungus eater I've come across however, is the pleco.

I would go with a 150 although it is a TON of light. Have a good distance between the water and the lamp, probably more than one and a half feet. It takes some confidence to play around with this...
