Getting Manzanita Wood Soon Need help
 

I ordered a nano package of manzanita wood for my 6.6 gallon from centerpeiceaquatics. I wanted to know if I could bunch the wood with rubberbands or is there something better?

Hot glue + plastic zip ties work well.

Rubber bands will eventually come apart. People usually use zip ties and conceal them with plants.

Another quick question on average how long does it take for the pieces to become waterloged they're in a bucket fill with water with a rock to help sink them and a powerhead to keep water circulated?

I boil mine for about an hour provided it fits in the pot. After that they kinda sink but some remain neutrally buoyant. Again, depending on the size, mine usually stay on the bottom after a week or two.

i put mine right in the tank lol. they put out a little tannis but a water change took care of it. tannis wont harm anything.
