Stunning!

Love the color of the rock and how it contrasts with the greenery!

Wow! Very nice looking tank! Is it the camera or is it kind of dark?

Kirbaay 07-08-2013 08:17 PM

gorgeous! What type of stone is it? What plants are those?

thelub 07-08-2013 08:43 PM

Very nice! I will echo the sentiments about that rock.

That reef tank is one of my all time favorites. The best part is the emergent crab that gets out and walks on the mountain from time to time.

Very well done!

Love it, long time!

Those ATI must be really good, that quite a distance from the light to the substrate. What kind of PAR do you get and is that HC Cuba on the ground?

ValMM 07-10-2013 01:21 PM

Very cool. I like the shape of the rock.

The light sits 15" above the tank, and about 29 inches to the substrate, with the light at 50% on all 6 light banks, i get 70 par at the substrate. Once things are more established, depending on how often im trimming, i will bump this up.

I like the scape, it is always fun to see emergent plant growth. :)
