I found Fishy Business in Columbia, and I highly recommend it. LOTS of tanks, LOTS of fish, NICE layout. Bush River Road in Cola, SC.

They've been there since the early 90's. I use to go there. Prices are pretty high and they don't have a very good selection of hardware and freshwater fish. They always try to sell me things I don't need. Still the best in town. The other good shops have long since closed up shop. Even a couple of larger chain stores closed down here. Rednecks aren't into tropical fish I guess.:biggrin:

Unless they're bass they caught in their backyard and keep them in a 10 gallon with an airstone LOL

place is disorganized. everything looks like they are moving, or just moved in and haven't unpacked it all. the customer service was non existent. i walked around for 30 minutes and no one even said hello. just a bad experience. they don't have a good selection, or even a good layout. i wont be going back.

I hadn't been by fb in a while, stopped by a few weeks back...damn. The place is in disarray. Might have to go hit them up for a pt job or something. Sheesh!

I just came here to make a topic about this store, lol. I went today and I was very impressed. The guy knew what he was talking about and was very helpful. They're a lot better than the other stores we're stuck with. The people at Petsmart in lexington know what they're talking about but they don't have many plants and the Pet supply plus on hwy 1 doesn't have much of anything and they have a bunch of clueless high school girls working there.
