High light or medium?
 

Samamorgan in his sticky "LED Lighting Compendium" mentioned:
Values between 10-30 are considered low light.
Values between 30-80 are considered medium light.
Values between 80-120 are considered high light.

According to Hoppy's definition in this sticky "Lighting an Aquarium with PAR instead of Watts":
Low light - 15-30 micromols of PAR
Medium light - 35-50 micromols of PAR
High light - more than 50 micromols of PAR


I measured the lowest (foreground) level in my tank and I get ~62 micromols. Is it high or medium light?
