Broke my Eheim 2213 impeller shaft

So I just broke my Eheim 2213 impeller shaft... what's the best way to replace it?

You can get a replacement set with the impeller with the 2 rubber end mounts. I'm not sure about your area but here in Singapore, it's about USD$20.

Thanks guys!
So I guess I'll have to do some more water changes during the next few days...

Try www.kensfish.com they seem to be the cheapest for parts, and most other things.

There used to be a big al's in Montreal that carried eheim parts of all kinds, and now I believe the store is called aquatica (beside hwy 40) in the west island. I'd give them a call I bet they have it.

I did some search yesterday and the cheapest I found was on ebay, so I ordered it.

I just checked kensfish, it's really cheap but the shipping cost is insane!

That's good to know! I went there 2 weeks ago in my search for driftwood, I didn't know it used to be a Big Al. I'll keep this store in mind next time I'm looking for parts.

CrypticLifeStyle 01-30-2013 07:09 PM

How much was the shipping? Lol

Cthulhu 01-30-2013 08:29 PM

I don't remember the exact price, but shipping from KensFish was close to 40$.
There is going to be a group buy in Montreal in about a month, but I can't wait that long without a filter.
