algae on moss
what are these algae? what causes them?
what is the best way to resolve this issue?
I once had a goldfish tank that was covered with brown algae. Later, I added a moss ball to "help" get rid of it ( as I was told). Two days later, the moss ball was covered with it and eventually died.
In general, algae is caused by an imbalance of (one or a combination of) light, CO2 and/or nutrients.
Fixing the imbalance will get rid of the algae.
