Got one the $5 macro lens kits for my iPod, very impressed. Need to find a way to keep iPod steady when taking pic. They look a lot better right before I hit the button. Have had these for about a week

Amazon. There are a bunch of them. They just stick on with a magnet. It came with the macro, a wide angle and a fish eye. I think it was like $5 with $5 shipping. It came from Hong Kong so it took like 3 weeks to come but totally worth the wait. It's no $3k setup macro pics, but it is way cool to be able to see the shrimp better than your eyes can.

Do you think this would work on a regular point and shoot camera?

I don't think so as the lens are tiny. But they would work on any phone or iPad I would think. Took some more.

I think this is a malawa can anyone confirm this? I have 3 of them in there, had 4. But one berried up and died 2 days later, this was like a month ago.

Thanks overgrowth, the hc seems to be loving the lower light for some reason, having to trim a section oncea week.

2 weeks now and not a single loss so far Han. Fingers crossed lol. They are growing at a pretty good clip and are constantly out and foraging. Really awesome shrimp. On a bad note I'm down to 5 supreme reds from 12. Not sure what's going on thought cherrys were supposed to be bullit proof??
