Trying to figure out better lighting for a 5 gallon terrarium/planted bowl
 

Well I think it might be easier to just show you my problem.

As you can see, I'm just using a desk lamp to light my terrarium, and it's pretty obvious that the lighting isn't anywhere near even, and I don't think it's enough light in general. The aquatics have been doing alright, but everything else seems to be wanting more light. Any suggestions that wouldn't break the bank?
