The Planted Tank Forum

Hi everybody. I have been in the hobby for a few years now, with a little experience towards planted tanks. I have also had saltwater and a couple of terrariums with frogs. I recently moved across country and had to get rid of all my tanks and ever since I've been itching to start up again and I figured what better way to celebrate than joining the community here. I've read a lot of people's posts here and I have learned quite a lot already. I will be starting with a 20 gallon long planted tank using black diamond sand as a substrate and spiral compact lighting. I've got it all rigged up and cycling right now and I will be sure to start a journal in the appropriate section.

Just want to give a shout-out to all the Idahoans and all the Mainers. I just moved to Maine over the summer and now that I'm all settled in it's time to relapse into my wet wild addiction!
