Lowering par?
 

My lighting for 75 gallon is too high, it's around 50 par or so. I want to have it a around low 40's or mid 30's. is there anyway that I can lower my par? Maybe putting a screen or some kind of paper over it?

Window screen or raise the light.

Raise the light or put a screen. 50 really isn't all that high though.
