Need help! ID please?
 

Hi all,

I just bought a pair of juvenile angelfish, and the LFS had no idea what strain they were. I think they are Smokey Pinoy, but i could be very mistaken. Got them for 7 dollars both. ID please?

I have one angelfish that looks almost identical to yours, and I was told s/he is a smokey blue angelfish, so that'd be my guess for these two. :)

Not only that, but they might qualify for being half blacks, or at least have it in their genetics somewhere.

Those are really nice angels though, and of course I love any fish with a hint of blue in it.

Looks like a cross between smokey half-black and pinoy or Philippine blue. Those will be real pretty fish as adults.

Wow! Thank you guys! The LFS guy was clueless about these and sold them REAL cheap. I haven't seen anymore of these strain of angels in any other local store. I may have gotten the very last ones!
