Heater recommendations for 10g
 

Planning to start up a small 10g with some shrimp and tetras. The normal temps in my apt range from 65-72deg. Whats a decent heater that wont break the bank?

I have had some luck with the Aqueon heaters as well as the TopFin ones, although my topfin ones are limited to occasional use since they tend to fault.
