First LED build

I'm starting a second tank (y'all said this was addictive) and would like to do a LED build. My tank is 24x12x15, my question is how many LED's should I get for medium high to high light? I also want to go dimmable so if I had too much I could turn it down. I think I got the building part figured out now it's just how much of what.
