light question

ok i want to get my kids a 6.6 gallon tank it will be shrimp and moss. maybe grass.the 18 in t8 15 watt will it do for lighting? i will change the bulb to 6500 of course.

15 watts in a 6.6 gallon tank (assuming it's <12" tall) should be plenty to sustain most mosses and grasses. Just be diligent about monitoring your algae levels since medium to high light without CO2 can easily lead to algae outbreaks.

anyone else?

Take note of tank temp and water parameters for certain mosses.

It is low light, not too sure if it will support grasses. Low light plants like mosses, anubias, java fern or crypts will work
