Check out this new rock for my tank! Will it be a good breeding cave?

I found this rock in the yard today, it passed the vinegar test. I boiled it for about an hour and think it will be ready to go as soon as I am. I think it will be a great breeding cave for the Bolivian Rams I am going to get! Do you think it is a large enough cave/ territory?

Half buried in substrate I don't think that rock would be a suitable cave since it looks small, it would be more of a niche. Then again they'll just dig into the substrate and make it suitable.

I would find a better rock, or epoxy some together to form a better cave, but that's functionality, you could scape with that rock since it has a nice shape to it, it should accomplish your goals as fish aren't very picky about the little details.

Personally I MAKE my own breeding caves out of porcelain clay, I get the exact shape and coloration I want, and best yet after it's been fired at 2342F it's completely inert and rock hard.

cool looking rock. but i'm not a fish so i can't comment. everytime i set up rocks for breeding caves my fish dislike it. ive been trying to get my agazzis to breed for weeks, but i can't get a good cave for them.

Nice rock but I doubt it would be good for breeding.

What if I added a rock on the left sid to prop it up an set its back towards either the back or side glass?
