I'll start a thread for our local hobbyists as some of us with MTS (Multiple Tank Syndrome) find it difficult to keep so many journals.

Very natural jungle you got there !!
here is my tank some time ago , ( dont't have current pic and too lazy to snap one now)
wow.. what tank is that? Its gorgeous!
This is Hagen Osaka 260 .I got it on craigslist for 30% of the new price.
I love it .
You have to see his tank in person. I almost cried... Twice... Lol
He's got an awesome setup. Don't want to steal his thunder ;)
It also difficult to appreciate the livestock living within from just the photos. It was like information overload staring in with stunning colors and life everywhere. His care and tasteful selection on livestock are clearly evident.
I'm going to have to do something with my foreground as it has been over run by swap meet garnish ;)
Albert, I still have to see yours in person yet! Where are your other tanks?
Since that change my plants grow in controllable manner and fish seem to be very happy , as well as snails ( with 50 % weekly NY water changes and ada amazonia as substrate , my water was way too soft for snails )
I let the nature do its thing , i try not to put my hands in the tank often and thats it .
This is My 40 Gallon Display tank, i... Had MTS but unfortunatley my 2 10's that i called the Jungles are gone :(
Hey PTR !
Your tanks have filled in nicely since I saw them last ... looking good
Here is my shrimp jungle at work :
and 100% crop , showed in circle are some eggs I just noticed . Can anyone ID those ? are they assassin snail eggs ?
Yes, little white translucent flat discs are the snail eggs
here is some more eggs .... and some nice close up of BBA !
Yea those assassin snails completely cover my tank right now...not as hard to remove as nerites but..ugh still
Heres the main tank, I took these photos in august, so its changed slightly..I just took out most of the stem things in the front so its a lot emptier/cleaner. And my cyperus died, very sad...would like to have some sorta carpet but its pretty low light down there, the crypts spread veeeery sloooowly.
heres the room tank...looks diff now too, took the wood out.. its just messy messy messy ugly.
Nice , healthy looking tanks . May I ask why you keeping water level so low ?
