Hey every one I've been lurking around here for a while and finally Planted my tank tonight so i decided to say hi. This is my first planted tank so im sure it will fail misserably but you gotta start somewhere right? Will post some pics as soon as i figure out how to use this stupid phone.

I really like how you planted the tank. Very simple and elegant. Very nice. It will grow it really well for you!

So its been a couple weeks and my java moss has really started to attach to the gravel and is still green. The golden jenny has not faired so well as mr.fish. (my betta) has decided he enjoys uprooting it and laying on it. I think im going to restart the tank and banish him to a vase for a month to let it root down before he can tear it up

Ok so i scrapped the golden jenny that was being torn up. I made a few additions as well. One anubus and a a few more sprigs of anacris. I also added a ghost shrimp to the mix. Ill post a few pictures of the remodel in the morning (and make sure they are not sideways)
