Good LFS in South Jersey?
 

Hey guys. I'm in Moorestown New jersey and wanted to see if there are any good LFSs around. I go to Aquarium Center which is pretty nice but still want more options. Got any suggestions on stores that are at most an hour's drive away?

Aquarium Center is probably the best in the area. Though they are overpriced.

I take it that's it? New to the area. Found a few things there pretty cheap. But only a FEW. Ugh

There is Tropiquarium in Ocean Nj and Sharkey's Aquarium in Pt. Pleasant Nj. Sharkey's is smaller but, has a great owner and some great supplies

Small place down in Williamstown on Blackhorse pike. JB's tropical fish

there's also hidden reef. not in jersey, but about 5 minutes from the burlington bristol bridge. they have great prices on equipment and decent pricing on fish. forget about there if you are looking for plants though.

I'm going to check out JB's Tropical Fish. Seems like a nice little place.

How is Hidden Reef's freshwater stock?

Depends on what you are looking for. They are hit and miss. Best days to go are Wednesdays, they get their orders in monday and tuesdays. I saw electric blue rams there monday for around $5. That was an oddity for them.

Did you ever make it to JB's? What did you think of them? They are a small store. Very friendly.

I went to JB's last week and was really unimpressed :( I really like The Aquarium Center. A little pricey but the stock is healthy and always does well for me.
