Day 21 (week 3)

Algae on the rocks diminished, introduced some Red Fire and Neon Yellow shrimps, they're doing a good job...
I'm a bit worried about the my Oto, it has redness around its mouth. Did some research, it seems I'm not the only one having this problem... Hope he'll be ok... Still doing 20% water changes every 2 days...
Checked water today: All parameters are good except ph, it's a bit low, will reduce CO2 injection.
There's a bit of cloudiness, don't know why, maybe its the shrimp food dissolving, my feeding dish will be arriving soon. Hopefully it will help...

Wow that is awesome to see your Dwarf Hair Grass growing that well. I just got some new ones in today and I'm really hoping I have similar results. I still have to wait another few days until I get my lights though.

It seems like your doing a great job! And ditto on the quote "little is a whole lot better than none"! Hope your oto gets better!

It looks really good. I think you're very close to where it will explode in growth as all those new shoots reach the surface. Have you considered trimming back what you have now to push the plant to make new growth? It's hard to do, but does seem to speed things along.

Will you keep it shrimp and otos or be adding any additional fish?
