Nice looking tank! What type of plants do you have in there?

Java moss, parva, wendetti, lucens, and hygrophila siamensis. (the wendetti is not doing so well for some reason) |
Your a brave person using the stealth heater ! Even on a 5 gallon , it's too much water to risk for me ! Nice tank though

From what marineland emailed me about the faulty elements they used I'd say inevitable . They will still take them in . I bought a used tank last month from Craigslist and it came with a 100 watt stealth heater , I emailed marineland and said I would pay for the extra for a 300 watt ...... They sent it out free of charge in exchange for the stealth !

http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...r/IMG_0427.jpg Here it is as of now, about to be with shrimp added. I had to trim the hygro and got rid of most of the hair algae. I also switched from tap to a 50:50 of RO to tap. Sorry for the instagram-ish looking pictures. They had a green tint for whatever reason and I wanted to edit it out for truer colors. |
