There is one in west fargo, but not much at all for plants.

Tropical Fish Shop in West Fargo has a good selection of fish, but their plant offerings vary from week to week. Their starting to carry more, but sometimes their selection is pretty weak. It is certainly worth a look. Let them know you are interested in plants...
