Is there a reason why the promotional codes you are offering are not available to your Canadian customers? It would seem that it would be poor customer service if you are only offering these to American customers, even though the Canadian customers have also been affected by your website shut down

We are actually having some trouble with the Canadian store due to limitations with the Amazon web store platform. We can manually refund 10% for the orders placed without price matches for our Canadian customers if you could call us or email us with the order number once the order is placed.

Just mention the coupon code in the email or via phone!
