Frontosas in a Pond?

I've recently become very fascinated with the idea of having a pond in the distant future (a time when I have a nice job and a fat wad of cash), and I came across a website that had frontosa cichlids in a pond. However, there weren't a whole lot of pictures of the setup, and I was wondering if there were any other websites/pictures of something similar? I am aware that it would be very very expensive to heat the pond, but just as a theoretical idea, humor me.

This is the website I saw: http://www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/frontosa_pond.php

Cyphos.com

But I don't think they will be too happy unless you are able to keep the temps stable and warm.

yea, you'd need to live in africa, south america, florida, tropical climates.

I tried a few Mbuna in my grandpa's pond.
they died in the winter.

i live in michigan also and unless you were bringing them in during the winter i dont think theres any way you could keep the water temp even close to stable enough to keep them alive. Now an indoor pond could be done fairly easly i would think.
