what about the stuff that says its anti-mildew?
I have heard that this is a no-no, but personally have never tried it. I wouldn't try it though - just use 100% silicone, no additives.

Love the waterfall. I have to stop looking at these things! I have enough trouble keeping up my tanks already.

I suspect that even if a silicone were safe for tanks, there would be the warning saying not for use on aquariums just to avoid the angry phone calls form people whose newly resealed tank failed....

Even the safe one without the mildew retardant says "Not for use underwater" or something to that effect.

My parents wouldn't let me get a big pond because it was too expensive and the earth here in Virgina is literally rock solid. Currently I have 2 tadpoles and 1 salamander.

enjoy
oh, it's so cute and small!
guppies or small goldfish would also make good additions to your pond. only thing is, the goldfish can get pretty big after several years.

Well I haven't kept you guys up to date, but basically I had been having trouble with leaking because of the waterfall. I solved the problem today (the weight of the rocks on the bucket caused water to escape ). I added some easy growing plants from my aquarium and I think it is ready for fish.

What type of fish would be feasible and how many?

thanks

Florida Flagfish or maybe some killies? depend on your local year round temps. Wild type Guppys maybe.
