Subwassertang

I got my hands on a lot of subwassertang.
Other than attaching it to rocks and driftwood, are their any other creative uses?
Will it carpet well?

-Thanks

My experience with it, it will grow in balls or mounds rather than spread out into a traditional "carpet". You could make a carpet with it by attaching it to strategically placed rocks or sandwiching it between netting, though.

I've had Subwassertang flee stationed in a tank and grew into a pillow like ball. I also had it attach to a piece of wood with results that I didnt like......more like strands. My results could be isolated though with the latter mentioned.
