Here is my 25 gallon tank i just rescaped today, (water still a little cloudy- mini filter in to clear water)..
spec:
filter - Eheim 2215
Lighting - 1 x 25w T8 interpet triplus, 2 x 25w T8 aqualine floraglow-pink, 1 x 25W interpet day light plus

looking good all you need now is to let the plants grow start triming and re-plating to fill it up
I might have a couple of plants going soon let me know if you are interested

deffo , i left that space were the heaters is, blank because i was gettign some (dwarf hairgrass) which i was told grows to 30 cm, but it came today and its 7 cm so it will be a fore ground plant.
so il need somethign to fill in.cheers l D

today i added moss to peice of wood, put another piece of wood, and added soem moss in. tied down a big piece of java fern to soem wood, got red sea flora base , put ontop of eco, and added forground plants hair grass and Crassula Helmsii. lookign good? i think it is

The driftwood adds a nice effect.

But the glowlight and cardinal tetras really ought to be in schools of 6 or more.

i know im not quite sure what small fish i want wether to take the barbs and glowlights to my lfs and get another 6 cardinals
im worreid about waste levels
they do seem quite happy how tehy are though

Is that a frame-less tank?

not to sure what framless meens. its 30 x 12 x 15 silocon sealed , with standard hood and a tv stand reinforced with bricks for s stand.

by frameless, does it have some kind of "frame" (usually black plastic or wood) around the top and bottom seems of the glass? or is it nothing but glass to glass and some silicone?

it's looking pretty good but the plumbing is an eye sore though. also, it looks like your tv isn't fully level across the top surface. the outsides stick up a bit on both ends. i don't know if that makes any difference though since you have some kind of rug or mat under the tank.

could any oen tell me of a plant that might grow int eh plain sand on teh right, ( foreground)
