My Nano Shrimp Tank ~56K~


Here is my low-tech planted shrimp tank. It is 8gal I think, may only be 6gal... can't remember lol.
It is the tank I probably see the most since it sits right on my desk, It has a massive 3 species of plants in there.
Currently it just houses a ton of Neocardiena spI for shrimp.
No ferts, 16W, internal filter with built in heater.

Personally, I think fewer plant species is actually better and makes for a much more attractive display. Looks great!

wow that looks awesome , what kind of moss is that? I've always liked the moss and anubias tanks cause they are all so dark green and work perfectly together.

Thanks guys

Just boring java moss in there. I was going to use some of my Tiawianise Moss but it grows so slow under low light. The thick layer of duckweed keeps it very dark, but the shrimp love having that extra cover.
