Superedwin Well there are lots of ways to make a DIY diffuser just google it , but here is a article on this site to make one
And yes airstones are not the best diffuser the bubbles get to big and rise to the surface to fast. So a DIY one would be a lot better!

How to make an efficient DIY CO2 diffuser?

I am planning to make a DIY CO2 Setup for my 20 gallon high tank. What is the best way to make a DIY CO2 diffuser to efficiently diffuse the CO2? How would an airstone work? Thanks for helping me with this.
