Momotaro This sounds like it is going to be good! I am glad I don't have to work!

REMEMBER: We have an auction after every meeting! Great opportunity to pick up plants and fish!

jerseyjay May 20th, 2004:
Allan Levey "GLOFish Pros and Cons"

Allan Levey is the President of Wardley's, a division of Hartz Mountain. Wardley's is a multi-million dollar corporation selling products in 11 different languages to 40 different countries.
Allan has an extensive background in biology, and spent much of his time as a young man developing a line of nutritional products specifically for tropical fish, goldfish and turtles.
Although the glowing fish, named TK-1 by its creator, is already being sold in the U.S., not everyone is in favor of marketing the fish. Considerable debate is raging over the ethics and safety of marketing genetically altered fish.

----
Allan Levey, big supporter of NJAS club as well as all the other clubs in the tri state area, has not spoken at a NJAS meeting since the l970's. This time around Wardley will provide miscellaneous give-aways to all attendees and NJAS will provide 29gallon complete setup.
