hitmanx While I love the lushness of this tank, what the hardscape did achieve was a focal point... maybe use another contrasting plant species somewhere in the rule of thirds to draw the eye... a dark plant maybe on the left third?

Just a though, but I am still jealous of your growth

Guess I can no longer call this an iwagumi, not sure how to change the title of the thread.

Thanks. It was supposed to be a plant farm for my other tanks until I ended up liking the look of the natural uncontrolled plant mix. So I upgraded a few things and made it a display.

Thanks, yes, I've had different types of algae. Anytime you run 4x T5HOs on a small setup algae is a constant, still managable, but I just recently switch over to the ADA aquasky 601 LED, and we'll see how it works out. Apparently it has a PAR value of about 70 at 17" from the substrate. Which puts me in the lower end of high light.

The Trigger Looks awesome!

Grah the great Just a warning, but the boraras WILL hybridize if either of them try to breed in there. The last thing the hobby needs is more hybrid fish to reduce the quantity of pure stocks in the hobby...

Other than that, though, lovely tank!

Thanks, yes, that's a stainless steel co2 diffuser. Love it, it's easy to clean and virtually unbreakable.

Here's a shot of the HM hedge from above during a WC. It's one of my favorite plants.
