I went in and talked to them, discussed what I wanted to do, and asked for help choosing plants that would "grow in the dark", because the 26G Bowfront currently has less than 1 WPG. I'm new to planted tanks - I've only had fish only tanks with plastic plants before. I probably spent more time asking questions than picking plants, and they were good with that.
They showed me what they had and made recomendations for what would live in those conditions. Use the list that is elsewhere on the forum for ideas of what you want, and then go see the folks at WOF. Their prices may be higher than what you see on the net - but you get to see the plants before you pay for them, and instant gratification is so rewarding!

|Ladykatze||Did you try World of Fish on 66th St in Richfield? It's a straight shot up Cedar from you. They have plants of varying sizes.|

Need plants, I'm looking for java ferns, anubias (established and kinda big), java moss, hornwart, watersprite, crypts etc. Basically anything that needs very little light and no CO2
