So far things are still coming along pretty well. The plants are really starting to grow in, especially the moss. Will probably need to begin trimming that soon. I really like how the Nesaea looks popping out in front of the Bolbitis, hoping the other plants in the back take off soon, they were a little smaller when I got them.
All in all I think things are looking good so far, getting a bit of algae on the sand and glass occasionally that I have to clean up. Can't wait until I have shrimp and oto's to help out . I did manage to get a few snails with my plants so they seem to be cleaning it up some.
Still in the process of dosing ammonia to cycle it, going kinda slow but I think I should be able to get my livestock early next month.
Thanks for looking, here's a couple more shots:
Sorry for the quality, using my phone for right now. May try to borrow my friend's camera to get better shots sometime.

Some new hardware came in! Quick disconnects on the inflow and outflow tubes will make cleaning the lily pipes much simpler, which also means I'm more likely to clean them often. Tried them out and they worked great and I was able to get off some green on the tubes and pipes that had already been building up over the past couple weeks, as you can tell in the picture.

I think I'm pretty set on my fish stocking now and my cycling should finish in a week or so.
I think I'll go with:
~12 or so forktail rainbowfish
and then a few amanos and otos
I checked Aqadvisor and the stocking is a little bit over 100% but I assume that will be alright if I keep on top of the water changes and such. Other than that I just need to make sure the water parameters are okay. This seem alright or should I rethink some of it?

So far everything is still looking pretty good, but there's really not enough change to post pictures. The moss seems like it'll start filling in soon and the stem plants in the back are starting to perk up so it will be cool to see those filling in on either side of the bolbitis.
Was doing dry dosing for fertilizers with just measuring spoons but I wanted to get more exact so I made two 500 mL solutions for EI dosing macros (N-P-K) and micros (Plantex). Feel more comfortable with that knowing I can just add in the exact amount.
Also added ammonia to start my fishless cycle.
Just finished up the daily water changes for a week and then slowed down to every other day and now I'm starting my weekly changes hoping everything goes well like that. Adding back in the ammonia when I change water.
Getting ideas for the fauna, my roommate showed me these little buggers that I think I'm in love with:
Pseudomugil furcatus “fork-tailed rainbow”
He also said they flare their fins sometimes which I always like to see I really love their color scheme so I think I'm gonna do those as my main school along with the amano shrimp and oto cats. I'm still hesitant about the German Blue Rams because I hear they can be aggressive. Anyone that can give some input on that?

I got all my moss attached and ready to start growing, ended up having quite a lot of it so I put it on almost all of the wood. I think it will look pretty good when it grows in! I'm probably gonna get the moss for the rocks soon and start getting that going.
I also did some rearranging of the rocks that I like better than before but I may change them around again, I got a huge bag of them so I want to find the ones I like best.
Here are some more pictures of different angles.

And those rasboras are really neat, I've always heard them referred to as celestial pearl danios because my roommate has them in his tank. I really like them and that might be a good idea for mine too!
